Why do you think you should be an Admin/mod?: i would like to help keep the server as great as it is and stop people from flying ,xraying, hacking and i can give a few ideas for server .
Other Notes: I am honest , hate hackers , never grief,fun,never get mad, never abuse powers...etc and i really want this App to be accepted

You've been on the server two weeks? Your application is good but that's a bit early to start an administrative position. I'd start out with applying for mod instead of jumping for admin so quickly.
